Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments, including those made with Gift Certificates. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by phone, text, email or using the online booking system and we will reply to confirm receipt of your message.

You are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price if notice is received within 24-hours and up to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. If your appointment was booked using a gift certificate it will be decreased by 50%.

You are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price if you do not show up for your appointment. If your appointment was booked using a gift certificate it will be forfeited.

An invoice will be emailed to the address on file. All cancellation fees need to be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.
